American Idiots

I went to see Green Day last night. The show was at Phillips Arena, so I wasn't that excited. The only other show I'd ever seen there (Pearl Jam) wasn't that great, because our seats were terrible. However, last night, I was on the floor, very close to the action. I have seen Green Day several times before, but after last night, I have a new found respect for them. They were incredible. The 10 minute "Jesus of Suburbia" was a one of the show's many highlights. Check out my flickr set for some photos I took of the show.

Sounds fun! I was just at a System of a Down concert in VA on sunday. They didn't allow cameras in the building or I would have some photos too.

I went to a "Syndrome of the Down" concert, they weren't very good at playing instruments, but awfully strong!

Also, I was there because I volunteered for Greenpeace with my best buddy Anna and she hooked me up with a free ticket.

Hi.
I would like to talk to you about possibly using some of the pictures you took at the Green Day show in Atlanta for an article I am doing for my local newspaper. All credit will go to you, of course. Please get back to me on this, as you have some quality pictures that I would love to use.
Thank you.
Sarah
