David Copperfield is magic
David Copperfield, world class magician, was mugged after a recent show in West Palm Beach. After the teenage robbers took money and a purse from his two assistants, they turned their gun on Coppefield. Being the world's foremost illusionist, Copperfield did the only thing he could.
HE USED MAGIC.
That's right. According to the police report, Copperfield turned his pockets inside out, using sleight of hand to convince his attackers that he didn't have any valuables, when, in fact, he had a wallet, passport and cell phone. That, my friends, is power beyond reason.
I can't help but wonder how the scene might have played out if the muggers had encountered this guy instead.
